1066 March

Re-enactors, who are travelling 300 miles on foot and horseback in tribute to King Harold in 1066, made a visit to the east today to meet schoolchildren. The trip, to celebrate 950 years after the Norman Conquest, is taking the army from York to Hastings.

  2. At what time will the army arrive on Hastings , I’m going to the torch light procession which by the way is free and s great annual event and I would like to be down on the seafront to cheer them on
