Homelessness Grants

A Cambridge charity has warned that funding levels won’t be enough to help the growing number of rough sleepers in the city. In spite of £90,000 worth of funding from Cambridge City Council, wintercomfort raises around 80% of its income by fundraising. While the City Council says its hands are tied by central government, the charity argues more should be spent on homeless prevention.
